Standard Shipping

We offer $9.95 flat-rate shipping Australia-wide.

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and are determined by the shipping carrier.

Bulk Shipping

Love to bundle? Our Bulk Shipping option allows you to shop across multiple uploads while saving on postage and reducing packaging waste.

How It Works

  1. Select Bulk Shipping at checkout.
  2. We'll safely store your purchases while you continue shopping.
  3. Once you're ready, let us know and we'll pack everything into one parcel.
  4. We'll calculate the shipping cost based on the parcel weight or satchel size and send you an invoice.
  5. Once paid, your parcel will be dispatched and tracking information provided.

Placed a few orders over the month? Choose Bulk Pick-Up and we'll hold your purchases so you can collect everything together.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been lodged with the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we'll happily assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
