3. Getting Your Items Ready

We want your pieces to shine, here’s how
you can help:

1. Freshly washed (please skip fabric
softener, most customers prefer no
fragrance)

2. Check for marks or damage... no large
stains, big holes or missing buttons

3. Fold neatly in a bag or box

How it works:

  • Show us what you've got!

    Reach our via text, email or social media. We'll go through your pieces together and chat about what suits our current range and what's in demand. This can be done in person or via text. We’re based in Temora, NSW, but often travel to surrounding towns like Cootamundra, Junee, Wagga Wagga and West Wyalong, so we can arrange local pick-up or an in-house appointment when we’re nearby. You’re also welcome to drop your items to us in Temora, or post them via Australia Post.

  • Receive your offer:

    We'll assess each item based on its brand, style and condition, then make you a simple offer in an overview of all of your pieces for you to review.

    You can choose either:

    • Store Credit – 40% of the item's sale price, issued as a voucher to use online.
    • Cash – 30% of the item's sale price, paid via bank transfer.

    There's absolutely no obligation to accept our offer, it's completely your choice.

  • Happy with your offer?

    If you're happy with our offer, we'll arrange either pickup or drop off. Once we've received your items and confirmed their condition, we'll process your payment. We'll either add your store credit to your account or arrange a bank transfer for cash payments.

    Once accepted, the items become ours to care for, photograph, style and sell. There's no tracking sales, no waiting for payouts and no follow-up required from you.

    Your outgrown treasures find new homes, your cupboards become a little lighter and you receive something in return.
