Returns & Refunds

We take great care to accurately describe and photograph every item before it is listed for sale. As our items are preloved, minor signs of wear may be present and are reflected in the condition rating and product description.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of preloved goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Please check descriptions and photos before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that:

  • Is significantly different from its description,
  • Has an undisclosed fault, or
  • Is not the item you ordered,

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@seconddrawerdown.com.au.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer:

  • A refund,
  • Store credit, or
  • A replacement item (if available).

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to an error on our part or an undisclosed fault, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or compensation.
