What items do you accept?

We accept quality kids clothes, shoes, boots, toys, books, linen, bedding and timeless heirloom pieces that are:

✔️ Clean, gently loved and in good condition.

✔️ From trusted, well-made brands like Country Road, Seed Heritage, Purebaby, Jamie Kay, Nature Baby, Marlow & Mae, Goldie + Ace, Esprit, By Billie, RB Sellars, RM Williams (Fillies & Colt), Huxbaby, Rylee + Cru, Quincy Mae, Susukoshi, Aster & Oak, Bebe by Minihaha, Toshi, The Simple Folk, Mini Rodini, Illoura the Label, Nico Nico, Zara (natural fibre pieces only) and other reputable local or independent kidswear brands.

✔️ Sleepwear from these brands: Ergopouch, Love2Dream, Merino Kids, Little Flock of Horrors, Snuggle Hunny Kids, Halo & Horns etc...

✔️ We love: Natural fibres, fabric softener free & organic where possible: Cotton, linen, wool, pieces that stay beautiful for more than one family.

✔️ Sizes: Newborn up to size 16 kids.

✔️ Books: Baby, preschool and early primary age, must be in excellent, gift-ready condition.

✔️ Toys: We accept select quality, timeless toys from trusted brands. Toys need to be in excellent, safe condition, no broken pieces, missing parts or damage. No battery-operated or electrical toys. Wooden, open-ended, well-known brands like Grimms, Schleich, Grapat are great examples.

Brands We Don’t Accept

To keep our collection special and long-lasting, we do not accept:

• Fast fashion or low-cost mass produced brands (like Kmart, Big W, Best & Less, Aldi, George).*

• Supermarket or department store in-house labels (e.g. Anko, Dymples, Lily & Dan, Kids & Co).*

• Licensed character clothing (Disney, Marvel, Ben10, etc.).

• Brands known for lower quality or short wear (Boohoo, Misguided, Old Navy, Carter’s, Cat & Jack, SHEIN).

* We do accept bundles (2 or more of a size) of either Baby Berry, Zara, Target, H&M but they must be a natural fibers like linen, cotton/elastane or organic cotton. 

If you’re unsure, just ask, we’re happy to help check before you pack your bag!

What condition should my items be in?

We love pieces that still have life in them! We ask that everything is:
✨ Freshly washed (please skip the fabric softener, most customers prefer no fragrance)
✨ Free from big stains, rips or major wear.
✨ Zippers, buttons and snaps all working.
✨ For shoes and boots... gently worn with plenty of wear left.

Basically, if you’d be happy to dress your own kids in it again, we’re happy too! 

Seasonal Guidelines

We take clothing seasonally to suit what families are looking for:
🍂 Autumn/Winter: February to August
🌸 Spring/Summer: September to January

(These dates are flexible, we know Aussie weather likes to keep us guessing!)

How much will I get paid?

You’ll receive a percentage of the final sale price for each item sold.
Our typical split is 40% to you, 60% to us for handling all the work.
There are no hidden fees, we cover photography, listing, storage, customer service and postage admin.

Payments are made monthly for any items sold in that period, straight to your bank account.

What happens if my items don’t sell?

Most pieces do sell, but if something doesn’t move after a a period of 4 weeks, we will discount the item by 30%. If an item hasn’t sold after 8 weeks, we’ll be in touch with some options:

✔️ We can return it to you if you’d like it back (local pick-up or postage cost applies).
✔️ Or, with your permission, we’ll donate it locally or re-home it responsibly.

Do I have to deal with buyers?

Nope! That’s the best part.
✔️ We handle all messages, payments, and postage.
✔️ You stay completely anonymous, no awkward meet-ups, no time-wasters.
✔️ You get get paid when your items sell, we do the rest.

How do I start?

1️⃣ Fill in our easy online form. We will follow up with a simple consignment contract.
2️⃣ We’ll get in touch to arrange local drop-off, pick-up or postage (postage cost applies).
3️⃣ We sort, check, list and photograph everything.
4️⃣ When your pieces sell...you get paid.
